We know you're busy. Three intense days await us. The first two days are online. The final meeting is in Brno. This will give you space to get acquainted with other participants in the training.
Each meeting is followed by an unlimited discussion, to which you can bring your own problems, questions and cases.
You can also send questions to internal discussion groups.
We always send before meeting Videos with a theoretical basis. Some have 2 minutes, others almost an hour. Access to the videos will remain with you as long as we pay the utility in which they are stored. In addition to videos, you get Voluntary home preparation.
We will connect all the frameworks together into one large case study that you can use when thinking about your own projects.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get a training record?
The No. We don't record training sessions. You will be left with a MIRO bulletin board and pre-recorded videos.
Do I need any special experience?
Actually, no. You need to know how to work with a computer and learn how to work with the Zoom communication application and the MIRO board. We will deliver all instructions in time.
Do I need to have an MBA and 2 semesters of strategy?
Not by chance. Strategic thinking is self-taught for strategists. We solve the strategy practically directly on your projects.
