Webinar recording: How we’re building an AI-powered company
You know how to tell AI what you want, but you have to start from scratch every single time.
For the past year and a half, we’ve been building a company where AI agents work alongside people. In one hour, we’ll show you how it works from the inside, using a real-world project—from research and strategy to the final campaign and product.
One-hour webinar recording.

Does this sound familiar?
- We bought subscriptions to AI tools, but nobody really knew everything we could do with them.
- We kept explaining the context, goals, and tasks to the AI over and over again. The quality was inconsistent.
- We were still doing weekly recurring tasks manually.
- Everyone was doing their own thing in their own silo, so we kept repeating the same mistakes unnecessarily.
Data from our research shows that we aren't the only ones. Over 57% of people today still use AI only as a chat tool and don't know how to take it to the next level.
A year and a half ago, we were in the same boat. Subscriptions, hours spent searching for the perfect prompt, each of us on our own. We’ve come the furthest in the last six months. And that is exactly what we’re going to show you.
What you’ll see in an hour
One real project that is currently underway. From research through decisions and planning to the campaign and the finished product. Connecting the work of a manager, marketer, designer, and developer. No case studies on slides. Open files, real screens, including the parts where things fell apart, didn't work, and we had to change direction.
1) The biggest research project we’ve ever done for ourselves
And it was all carried out by one person (with AI agents). Analysis of user behavior and campaign performance. Hundreds of survey responses, a dozen in-depth interviews. The preparation and grunt work were done by agents; we challenged the conclusions.
2) Decisions that stick
The data resulted in positioning and messaging: what we are allowed to promise, which sentence we must not write and why. At the same time, it created the brief for the redesign of our key products and services that we sell.
3) A plan that survives reality
Over 200 tasks, a dashboard that generates itself, rescheduling when reality hits the plan. Preparing and delegating work for both people and AI agents. Reporting and evaluation.
4) Content and channels
Emails, videos, ads, copy, campaigns. Written in one system with shared memory, not one by one in chat. At scale and consistently.
5) The company brain and new role boundaries
Where it all currently lives. The collective memory of the entire company. The rituals that help us develop it. And what it did to our roles. Today, our designers do some of the work of marketers and product managers, and marketers do some of the work of designers. We will identify the competencies that are becoming more valuable as a result.
What you will take away
- Recording and transcript within 48 hours. To all registrants, automatically. Even if you can't make it.
- A list of concrete AI use cases. Including concrete examples and lessons on what worked and what didn't. And how to connect them.
- An experiment you can do right away. At each of the five stops, we will share the smallest thing you can try. You can pick one and start with it right after the webinar.
- How humans and AI complement each other. Where human work is still hard to replace, and where we are happy to hand tasks over to AI.
- An AI Map to fill out. We will send it to you after the webinar. You will find out where you stand on the journey and what your next step should be. Only you see the results. Send it to your whole team: everyone gets their own level and recommended step, and you can compare them at your next meeting.
Who it is for
Designers
You will see research, synthesis, and product decision-making—the part of the work still often called "the part AI can't do." Customer interviews broken down into patterns and the resulting product decisions. We will also show where we didn't trust the agents' conclusions and corrected them. Critical thinking is the foundation of everything.
Marketers
You will see a campaign from positioning and copy to distribution. Written in a system that remembers what it is allowed to promise. Which campaign steps no one does manually anymore, and which ones we returned to doing by hand. And how we leverage campaign data ourselves.
Managers
You will see adoption that stuck: rituals, shared memory, and new role boundaries. We will share how we started, what we put on hold, and what we tried and abandoned. The key isn't to replace people with AI, but to create a system where everyone can work better and more sustainably thanks to AI, while contributing to and evolving that system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I send the whole team, or is one person enough?
Theoretically, one is enough. Practically, the difference lies in what happens afterward: retelling it to colleagues from notes rarely works. With two or three people, you have something to discuss and choose from at the next meeting. Everyone registers individually; those who can't make it on Tuesday at two will receive the recording and transcript.
I haven't seen the previous parts. Does that matter?
No. The webinar stands on its own and serves to conclude and enrich the entire trilogy of webinars, AI is not ChatGPT and 7 AI myths you are paying for, with our practical perspective and experience. You don't need anything from the previous parts to participate.
I'm not a tech person. Can I handle it?
Yes. You don't need to know any of that. We will explain terms like "agent" or "shared memory" before we use them for the first time. People who have never programmed and who couldn't imagine having a GitHub account at the beginning of the year now work in that environment with us every day.
Will it be too advanced for me?
No. You can follow along without any preparation: you don't need to study anything or install anything beforehand, and nothing is expected of you during the hour. If you already use AI at work or are experimenting with it, you won't feel lost. The webinar will give you an idea of what you can achieve and how AI can be used.
Does this work outside of an agency?
Yes. We use ourselves as an example so we can share authentic experiences. However, our training sessions have shown that the vast majority of these principles and processes are transferable to corporations, freelancers, e-commerce, non-profits, and more.
What if I can't attend live?
Register anyway. We send the recording and transcript to all registered participants within 48 hours.
Do I need to have my camera on or participate?
No. You can just listen. You can type your questions into the chat, and we will answer them at the end.
