Marketing work is a huge amount. You don't do most of it because you don't prosecute. You don't want to be on all social media. There's too much.

Nechtělo se mi do toho. Byl jsem zvyklý řešit věci tak, jak jsem je řešil roky. Ale s Honzou jsme to rozebrali: co nám vydělává, co ne, co delegovat, co automatizovat. A najednou mám v hlavě pořádek, mám roadmapu a vím, co mám dělat každý týden. Změní to firmu i mně.
