Protection of personal data
As part of the House of Řezač services, we process personal data as a personal data controller. We are authorized to do so for one of the following reasons:
- performance of the contract - e.g., if you order a book from us, we need to know where to deliver it.
- consent to processing - for example, if you register an email for a newsletter, we consider completing a two-step verification as consent.
- based on legitimate interest - for example, we measure user behavior on our website or take photos from our trainings and workshops. In this case, we ensure that your interests always outweigh ours; therefore, based on legitimate interest, we collect only anonymous or pseudonymized data, which we do not associate with a specific user.
As part of the House of Řezač services, we may also act as a processor of personal data. In this case, the protection of personal data is governed by the contractual relationship we have with the company that engaged us (and in this relationship acts as the personal data controller).
