Once I finish writing this newsletter, I'll send it to Lucie.
She'll drop it into a tool she built herself. Apart from turning the newsletter into an Ecomail campaign, it publishes a blog article, prepares formatted text ready to paste into our LinkedIn newsletter, creates Midjourney prompts and writes a post to go with the newsletter. The tool also writes scripts, generates a voice track and makes the videos. One text gives us 3–4 Reels. Lucie only checks the scripts and the outputs.
We save a lot of time that we can put into other work.
You probably use AI at work too. You write a prompt, get some text, copy it somewhere else and carry on by hand. So you're "using AI". Just not very much.
54% of people who filled in our AI Map haven't automated a single recurring task.
Chat vs. system
In a chat, AI gives you advice. In marketing, that's outdated practice. You need AI to do the work, not to advise. That's the difference you'll learn at AI Marketing Lab and AI Design Lab.
"Thanks to AI Marketing Lab, I now build skills myself as a matter of course."
– Zuzana Langová, Suzu Creative
See you this autumn?
You probably have plenty of reasons to put it off.
"I already use AI at work."
Adding AI to your toolbox is one thing. Changing how you work completely and letting AI do the work is another. "I thought I already knew a lot. At the training I found out it can be used better, differently and faster," says Renata Šejnová, CMO of NEWTON University.
"I'll learn it on my own."
You can. It will also cost you a lot of time exploring dead ends. "There are a billion tools and it's really hard to find your way around them, so it's a huge added value when someone does the selection for you," says Vojtěch Sedláček of Nameless.cz. Petr Široký, UX & CX designer: "If I had to learn it on my own, it could easily take me a year or two."
"I don't have time right now."
The trouble with strategic change is that you can always postpone it. Until someone else replaces you. Michaela Valuchová, CMO of Phase Group: "At AI Marketing Lab it all finally came together into one brilliant system that now helps me and saves me time."
"AI output is mediocre."
I agree. And at the same time it can be good enough when you combine the work of people and AI. That's why I dictate this newsletter. AI wrote the text. The ideas, examples and edits are mine. It doesn't matter whether the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice. Radovan Markes of Relyef Pottery Tools says: "The result is exactly as good as the brief, and never better."
"I have nothing to practise on."
The easiest place to start is what you do every day. And if you really have nothing, you'll get our prepared data. Karolína Vyskočilová, programmer: "Thanks to the prepared examples and data, I could work on projects and data I normally don't get to as a programmer."
"I'm not a technical person."
The AI Labs are for non-technical people! We won't be programming. Šárka Rauchová, CMO of Kogi, put it precisely: "…for specialists who already have various experience with AI, test different approaches on their own, don't code, but still want to know how to move forward." And if the first session scares you, you won't be the first. Pavlína Sacherová, a marketer in tourism: "I cried after the first lesson. […] Thanks to that, I moved light years ahead." And we won't leave you on your own.
"We have ChatGPT. Our company won't allow Claude."
You don't need a tool from a specific vendor. You need an environment where AI works with files and runs steps for you. We'll show you in Claude Code and Codex. If your IT won't allow anything like that, get in touch before you sign up. We'll go through it together.
Autumn Labs
AI Marketing Lab → for marketers, copywriters, managers and business owners. Starts 6 October.
AI Design Lab → for designers, researchers and product teams. Starts 14 October.
Each Lab is 6 live online sessions. You get recordings of all past runs right after payment and all future runs are included in the price. The price is CZK 29,900 incl. VAT and can be split into three instalments. If you find out by the second session that it isn't for you, we'll refund you.
Next time you finish writing a text, it doesn't have to be the end of the job. It can be a brief for your own agentic AI system.
"Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do."
– Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
