What have we done?
In workshops with officials, we mapped out their work and the needs of citizens. We tested the prototype of the application with citizens and improved it.
The result?
There was a clear assignment for an application that entertains citizens. Users asked for immediate launch when testing.

Strategic Digital Projects.
The professional work of the House of Řezač in the preparation of the tender documentation for the public contract “Unified Application of the City of Brno” convinced us of the high level of their services. During the collaboration, we got acquainted with current trends in modeling information structures to meet the needs and expectations of clients in the 21st century. How participants in workshops and negotiations were engaged in collaboration in a non-violent way led to great results. With House of Řezač, we also count on the implementation of the project in the form of copyright supervision and supervision of activities in the development stage.
