From the first contact to changing habits

  1. Introductory call (30 min, free) We will understand what situation you are in, what your team needs and where the biggest gap is. You decide if we make sense to you.
  2. Tailor-made training design Based on the call, we will prepare a proposal — topics, format, time range. It's not a template. It's a training built around your situation.
  3. Preparatory phase Participants are given videos with theory. You watch at your own pace, the moment it fits. You will come to the meeting prepared.
  4. Practical training Online or on-site, in Czech or English. No lecture - practice, practice, practice. On your real problems.
  5. Follow-up (optional) Support in implementation, feedback on your work, continuous reflection. So that what you have learned really remains.

Tailor-made training makes sense from 8 participants. For smaller groups, we have Public training dates.

After the initial call, we will tell you the exact price. Indicatively it will be:
