I was afraid that, as a more experienced designer, I wouldn't get much out of the training. I gained a wealth of information and invaluable know-how that I will benefit from for years to come. When it came to facilitation techniques, I even discovered that I still had a lot to learn and could improve greatly. House uses modern teaching techniques, where we learn the theory in advance and don't waste time on it during the meetings, but go straight to the practical side. That was great.

The training is worth it! Sense-making workshop, opportunity solution tree, frameworks... It was great to put theory into practice. Plus, we got the theory in videos that we could watch when it was convenient for us. The cherry on top was the great facilitation of the training by the designers from House.
At each meeting, we had to go through videos with theory, which we then followed up with concrete practice. That was super efficient and effective to learn something. The Q&A was also great after each meeting, where we could discuss anything and Jan answered us from the point of view of his agency and experience. So even in areas where I thought I wouldn't learn much new anymore, it moved me quite a bit. This training took my head out of the sand.
