Konica Minolta customer portals are crucial to the customer experience. That is why European stakeholders place more demands on them than can be met. Thanks to excellent cooperation with House of Řezáč, we have initiated fundamental changes in corporate culture and advanced team competencies in UX design and product management. We have begun conducting user research, working as a team to find more possible solutions, better determining priorities, iteratively experimenting, measuring, and evaluating the benefits of portal modifications.
