A while ago, I introduced the Wardley mapping framework to Honza Mayer (now Managing Director CZ/SK Heureka Group). He stated: “You changed my view of the world.” And that's what it's all about.

We understand that you are busy. We have three intensive days ahead. The first two days are online, and the final meeting is in Brno. This gives you the opportunity to meet other training participants.
After each session, there is an unlimited discussion where you can bring your own issues, questions, and cases.
You can also send questions to internal discussion group, that we have prepared for you.
Before each meeting, we always send videos with theoretical foundations. Some are 2 minutes long, others almost an hour. You will have access to the videos as long as we continue to pay for the tool where they are stored. In addition to the videos, you will receive optional home preparation.
We will integrate all frameworks into a comprehensive case study that you can use when considering your own projects.

Don't expect a webinar. It will be intense and practical
You can start your lectures ahead of time. Meeting online will be purely practical. Set aside time and quiet space, brew tea, calmly put on your sweatpants. The training is intense and one activity builds seamlessly on to the other.
All projects get plenty of space and support from the tutor.
Practical Information
- Spring term meetings will be held March 26 and 27, 9:00-17:00 and April 17, 13:00-midnight (FULL).
- Meetings for the second spring/summer term will be May 21 and 22, 9:00-17:00, and June 12, 13:00-midnight.
- Fall term meetings will be held October 8 and 7, 9:00-17:00 and October 30, 13:00-midnight.
- Meetings will be online. We will use ZOOM, the MIRO electronic board, and other online tools.
- Final meeting and networking will be live in Brno.
- Before each meeting, you will receive study materials.
- After each meeting, there will be an informal discussion. You can continue as long as you wish to engage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get a training record?
The No. We don't record training sessions. You will be left with a MIRO bulletin board and pre-recorded videos.
Do I need any special experience?
Actually, no. You need to know how to work with a computer and learn how to work with the Zoom communication application and the MIRO board. We will deliver all instructions in time.
Do I need to have an MBA and 2 semesters of strategy?
Not by chance. Strategic thinking is self-taught for strategists. We solve the strategy practically directly on your projects.
Do you also know training for companies?
Yes. We do non-public online trainings for up to 12 people and customize them according to your needs. Contact us for the offer.

Měl jsem strach, že si jako zkušenější designér z tréninku už moc neodnesu. Získal jsem studnici informací a nepřeberného know-how, ze kterýho budu těžit následující roky. U facilitačních technik jsem dokonce zjistil, že mám ještě velké mezery a můžu se hodně posunout. Nečekejte webinář, ale intenzivní práci a individuální přístup
Nečekejte přednášku, u které si stihnete kontrolovat Facebook nebo vyřizovat emaily. Vyhraďte si čas a klidný prostor, uvařte si čaj, klidně si nechte tepláky. Trénink je intenzivní a jedna aktivita navazuje plynule na druhou. Nemusíte se bát, že nebude dostatek prostoru řešit mezi ostatními účastníky právě váš projekt. Jak to bude prakticky fungovat?
Trénink bude online na platformách Zoom a Miro.
Délka každého setkání je 3 hodiny (kromě prvního, které je na hodinu), následuje neformální, dobrovolná diskuze.
Před každým setkáním dostanete materiály k nastudování. Vyhraďte si na každé setkání alespoň dvě hodiny na přípravu.
Po celou dobu tréninku bude k dispozici online skupina pro účastníky, kde budeme odpovídat na vaše dotazy a témata.
Vyhraďte si dostatek času a klidné pracovní prostředí, kde vás nebude nikdo rušit.

Co mi Strategický design přinese?
Získáte ověřený systém pro práci na složitých problémech. Propojuje facilitaci skupinové práce, zaměření na zákazníka a ověřování nápadů. Co je v ceně?
Roční přístup do Teachable, kde jdou všechna videa z tréninku. Plánujeme je dále rozšiřovat. Jádrem tréninku je 6 živých online setkání. Po každém setkání následuje Q&A, kde odpovídáme vaše dotazy. Q&A budeme nahrávat, abyste se k nim mohli vracet.
Budete setkání nahrávat?
Tréninky nenahráváme. Nedává to smysl, protože jsou vysoce interaktivní. Pokusíme se nahrát Q&A – pokud tam nebudou dotazy ke konkrétním projektům účastníků. Takové části logicky vystřihneme ze záznamu.
Nedaří se mi přesvědčit mého šéfa, že trénink dává smysl.
Pošlete šéfa na Strategické myšlení. Až změní přístup ke strategii, tak změní přístup k řešení strategických projektů. A rázem bude potřebovat, abyste měli designerské kompetence.
