Christmas is coming up. For me, that means it's time to reflect 2025. It meant a lot of change at the House of Cutter.

70% of our work is strategic digital projects for international clients. Most often they are based in the Czech Republic, at the same time we also have clients in Norway this year. We've been doing everything online for years and we don't plan on going back to the physical world.

In half of the cases, we do assignments for complex sites and digital ecosystems. In the second half of the cases, these are sites on Webflow.

The professional work of House of Řezáč in preparing the tender documentation for the public contract "Unified Application of the City of Brno" convinced us of the high level of their services.

30% of our work is training. We want to gradually expand their share.

At the beginning of the year we launched the most advanced training for marketers in the Czech Republic — AI Marketing Lab. Next year we are adding a version for innovators and designers — AI Design Lab.

As Adam Hrubý summed it up — we move you from the point where you know you should be using AI to the point where you are actually actively using it. And that changes everything for you. AI is not ChatGPT. AI is a field.

You showed us what AI tools you use at House and how you use them in real life. Thanks to that, I got some tips on how to simplify my daily work. Plus, I can go back and review the content thanks to the training recordings.

We had our last public training in September Strategic Design. You can take it as a self-study or arrive at one of the Specialized trainings for designers.

At the same time, we launched Strategic Design in-house for corporate clients. Yesterday we just finished one of the cycles in Česká Spořitelna.

It really pushed me forward even in areas where I thought I couldn't learn anything new. This training pulled my head out of the sand.

The biggest changes to the House of Cutter were human. We have ceased operations of the analytical department. We cut statuses in the design department. We will recruit new members slowly and carefully.

On the other hand, we are introducing new AI procedures fairly quickly. We need a completely generated TikTok. We recycle content from other channels onto it.

Over the course of the year, we verified and mostly subsequently shut down a bunch of ideas. There's no point in wasting energy on something that people don't need, don't understand, and aren't willing to pay for.

We still have an internal week every two months where we reflect, plan and make strategic decisions. One of them is right now. So I'm going to start preparing for 2026. We have a lot ahead of us.

Enjoy Christmas!
