Training program
Meeting 1: Conducting a Research Interview
We will rehearse the tactics of conducting conversations so that you get much more in depth than you do today. It fits into every conversation and collaboration.
Meeting 2: Sense-making
We will go through several types of sense-making activities — continuous sense-making, sense-making workshop and AI sense-making. And let's make sense of the data obtained.
Course of training
- We invite you to the Teachable. There will be our videos and other resources in it. You learn them yourself at your own pace. After all, we will not kill time together with theories.
- Let's go through together 2 online meeting, where We supplement theory with practice.
- After each meeting we will talk about your topics and questions. As long as you enjoy it. It usually takes Another hour or two. Do not plan anything after the meetings.
- In addition, during the entire training, we solve your questions and topics via Whatsapp.

What will training bring me?
You will get a verified system for obtaining information about customers, users or stakehodlers using interviews. Examples will be from the world of digital projects — websites, applications, customer journey development, marketing. Skills are universal.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes, all graduates will receive an electronic certificate.
I'm a designer and I'm hesitant to come...
As a designer, you either draw images based on assignments, or you proactively create such assignments... and for that you need to understand people through customer research.
I'm a manager and I'm hesitant to come...
As a manager, you will be put in front of complex problems that you need to solve. You can't do that without knowing the real needs, motivations, and concerns of customers. You need to learn customer research.
What's included in the price?
Annual access to the Teachable, where there are preparatory videos and materials. We plan to expand them further. At the core of the training are 2 live online meetings. Each meeting is followed by a Q&A where we answer your questions. We will record the Q&A so you can come back to them.
Will you record the meeting?
We don't record training sessions. It doesn't make sense because they are highly interactive. We record Q&A after training, except when the participant does not want to record their question.
I fail to convince my boss that training makes sense.
Send the boss to Strategic thinking. When they change their approach to strategy, they change their approach to dealing with strategic projects. And he will need you to have research skills.
