Trainings

Jan passes on his experience at universities and online trainings. Created with Honza Kvasnicka popular triology of courses Strategic Web Design, Strategic Research and Strategic Optimization.

At each meeting, we had to go through videos with theory, which we then followed up with concrete practice. That was super efficient and effective to learn something. The Q&A was also great after each meeting, where we could discuss anything and Jan answered us from the point of view of his agency and experience. So even in areas where I thought I wouldn't learn much new anymore, it moved me quite a bit. This training took my head out of the sand.

I must say that Honza Řezáč gave us a really great and inspiring training. I was satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this training to others who also want to improve their strategic thinking.

A few years later he created with Marek Šimkovský training Strategic Designwhere you can find our up-to-date know-how in 70+ videos.

The training was really pure practice. No frontal teaching. The biggest benefit for me was the strategy and business part. I thought I was already at a higher level in this area, thanks to Honza I had the opportunity to move much further.

Strategic design is priceless for designers and managers. It was crucial for me that Jan explained the topics to us on specific cases, including our projects. This training is definitely the right way towards UX.

Jan is one of the pioneers of using AI not only in design and marketing. He has trained hundreds of people in AI Workflow trainings, AI University and AI Marketing Lab.

Web scraping and working with Markdown have changed the way I work. Now I use it daily for faster and more efficient work. Whenever someone asks me to recommend them a course, the only place I always refer them to is House of Řezáč.

AI Marketing Lab is my fourth AI training from House of Řezáč. I am very comfortable with your approach and am excited about everything you produce in the field of AI. I'm not a purebred marketer, so for me some things were very complicated and I'm not going to use everything. At the same time, I enjoyed trying new instruments, it was very useful. Lab helped me as a business owner to find new ways to use AI in practice.

Strategy

Jan seeks out and teaches knowledge to help you gain a competitive advantage. He is a well-known popularizer of the framework Wardley Maps. Strategic knowledge imparted in training Strategic thinking.

Under the leadership of Simon Wardley, he mapped out the future of education and the impact of AI on society as part of international expert groups.

In training, I wanted to gain a pitch. I'll stop for a bit so I can think about things strategically. I have no room for this in the company when dealing with ordinary operations. Honza led the training a lot practically. It can be seen that he has a lot of experience. The most beneficial for me was the last meeting, where we met physically and discussed our proposals and various strategic approaches live with others.

And a key insight from Strategic Thinking: you have to take the time to strategize - it's a process. Anything chaotic and operational that brings about your normal workday is not strategic, although it sometimes seems that way.

I thought I was doing the strategies well for years, and I was wrong. Strategic thinking has shown me how to better map business situations, set the right direction in terms of evolution, competitive advantage, validate ideas, do the right things right and add value. I learned how to use amazing frameworks and think 2 levels higher, most importantly to think completely differently than before. It was great training - from the concept to what it taught us all. Where does crappy backpacker training stack up against what House of Řezáč does!
